This company was on time, charged as they had quoted, and were at the premises for about 5 hours doing a thorough clean. We were happy with the overall result, however our property manager was not satisfied with the blind or carpet clean and unfortunately we had to pay for these services separately. There were also marks on the balcony from our herb pots which this company could not completely remove. We had to pay an extra $50 for someone to do this separately. Overall, we are still fairly happy with the services we were provided through Gill's cleaning services but if you have a picky property manager, save yourself the hassle and hire carpet cleaning and blind cleaning separately.Shineclean
