We have a large house but standard rooms (4bed 3 showers tho 1 bed room is unused) I am not looking for anything unrealistic so if once seeing it needs more time let me know just basing hours on previous cleaner - 3-4 hours once a week however I’m flexible) and need help with the following- Seeking a reliable female cleaner for a long term position. Must be available fortnightly and commit ongoing. This role suits someone looking for consistent regular work. Cleaning experience. Attention to detail essential. kitchen & butlers pantry, all surfaces ie.benches, tables, floor vac and mop, splash backs, cupboards, sinks etc hallways up and down stairs vac and mop, wipe cabinetry surfaces, window seals Bedrooms x3 - vac and wipe down all surfaces bed head, desks, cupboards just a quick vac etc (fourth bedroom is not used nothing to do there) bathrooms x3, proper clean vac, mop, surfaces, sinks, toilets, mirrors, (bathx1 every now and then not used much more dust) etc no glass anywhere just mirrors in front of sinks. Theatre - quick vacuum bottom step only and wipe tv cabinet. I will complete anything you couldnt thats fine. any help will be appreciated. If hired for 4 hours and you finish in 3.5 dont leave early go over things that you can see which might need cleaning. I do try and keep the place tidy so there’s no clutter to make it easier, some cleaners have thought its clean enough and bypassed wiping down area or vacuuming because they assume I cleaned it before they arrived but want things clean. For this reason we are hoping someones a bit fussy. * need police check and references please. Summer I will put refrigerated cooling on or if you request it.
