All rooms have a ceiling fan, blinds in 6 windows, air conditioner and ceiling fans all need a wipe over dishwasher has already been cleaned and hardly used. Oven was also cleaned but needs going over and all cabinets skirting windows had also been done in my own spring cleans We have already been quoted $1200 which to me sounds exuberant to say the least.
