We were a little dubious at first in ordering blinds on line but the finished product has exceeded our expectations. Stratos from V Custom Blinds offers excellent customer service which is often quite rare to find these days. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him - he has the patience of a saint! He answered numerous questions (very promptly) and sent illustrations/examples via email of blinds and fixings. He followed this up with posting us a few colour samples which was most helpful. We didn't get a competitive quote as we felt comfortable with the reasonable price Stratos quoted. The blinds arrived before the scheduled date and Stratos kept us informed of exactly when they would be delivered. We found the blinds very easy to install and they fit perfectly. We are very happy with the colour and style and most of all we are delighted to have a found a solution to covering these windows.
