Toilet waste and water connections are sound. Bath waste and water connections are sound. Shower breech pressure test passed. Shower wall spray test passed. Shower screen spray test failed at the front right hand corner of the shower due to deteriorated seals which has caused damage to the bathroom doorjamb. Shower base flood test failed due to deteriorated grout, waterproofing and seals which is allowing water to track inside the bathroom/hallway wall cavity.
