01 Jul 2025Location: Bayswater, VICJob Description: Cut existing shower floor base tiles (and remove) to suit new shower base . Prepare surface (including proper water proofing) and install new shower base including connection to drain. Remove existing shower screen/door and install new shower screen/door. Shower base approx size : 850 x 850mm Caulk and seal all joints properly. **new shower base and screen/door will be supplied by myself - labour only required and some materials below** To be supplied by contractor: 1. Waterproofing (provide which one you propose to use) 2. All mould resistant silicon for caulking and sealing (provide details which one will be used) Note; - any damage caused to surrounding areas by contractor are the responsibility of the contractor to rectify within 48 hours. - must provide installation report and photos. Lead time: job must be completed with 1-2 days maximum as it is currently a leased property.
