Remove current bathroom fittings, entire floor tiling and cladding to stud level, wall tiles and necessary wall cladding boards (external 3m skip will be provided) 2. Replace/reinforce water-damaged floor frame and studs as required (with termite-treated timber) 3. Clad the repaired floor and wall studs with 9mm villaboard 4. Build/attach low curb-sills at the ensuite entrance, below the cupboard, and for the shower screen (? New treated pine 35mm x ?). 5. Screed the shower floor to ensure an adequate slope/fall to drain. 6. Robust waterproofing of shower floor and cubicle wall, curb-sills, and ensuite floor (including to the bottom of walls 300mm) with supplied liquid waterproofing, and fibre cloth reinforcing membrane at corner joints and water drainage points 7. Tilling of the ensuite bathroom with grouting; floor, 4 walls, and curb-sills 8. Installation and plumbing of ensuite fittings - shower cubicle and shower head, vanity, vanity tap and mirror cupboard, toilet and toilet paper roll holder, towel rails 9. Reinstate aa new electrical power point and light switch onto the newly tiled walls 10. Finish the job (white paint on the ceiling and where else needed) All labour, including trade work and painting, is to be supplied by the contractor All needed materials, except tooling, construction, and plumbing sundries, o Fittings will be newly purchased and will be supplied onsite before commencement, with a comprehensive list supplied o Any additional items needed by the contractor, yet not listed on the supplied list, will also be supplied, but must be notified timely.
