When you have a shower leak, you don't really know where it came from, what do you do? Can you trust good internet review to find the right tilers to do the job? I am glad I trust my intuition and the good reviews received by Alan Tiling and Waterproofing Services even though I was not convinced in the beginning whether the reviews are genuine. We proceeded with caution. I was surprised Alan came to do the quote on the same day I called him. He and his brother Harry started work one week after we got the plumbing and tiles ready. The job was completed in one week. They are the bosses and also the workers. They located the source of the shower leak. They tiled our bathroom shower wall and base including waterproofing meticulously. They were very particular about specific details of their work. They are not just good tradesmen but their work is an art in itself. After a hard day's work, Alan still sent us his daily work report with photos explaining what they had done. Not only that, they were very helpful with grouting my other bathroom with perfection. My wife was very impressed . Alan also gave us good advice and suggestions on our bathroom. Thank you Alan and Harry. A job well done.
