  They did a terrible job of an exit clean of my house. There was visible dirt everywhere. When I asked them to return to fix the job, they agreed so I was happy. The morning that they were meant to show up, I messaged them to let them know that the front door was left unlocked for them. They replied “not a problem, I’ll sort it” So I assumed that meant they were coming to do the job so I felt safe to hand my keys back to our real estate. It wasn’t until the following morning that I was told they hadn’t done the job. They knew our keys had to be handed back that morning as I told them multiple times. If they had the decency to let me know the day before they weren’t able to do the job, instead of telling me they would be there, then I would have gone and fixed the job myself. When I mentioned a partial refund as the job wasn’t completed, they stopped replying. No apology or acknowledgment of a terrible job. They did do a great job of my carpets and oven but other than that, very unprofessional and a waste of money. Won’t be returning or recommending.
