  If I could give no stars, I would. This guy only has 5 star reviews, because he pays people to remove their bad ones. We dealt with Ben, he missed critical flaws in our home, we bought the property and are now looking at 50k+ renos plus living with black mould putting our children and ourselves at great risk of health issues. We contacted him for assistance and just got offered the price of the inspection back for compensation BUT only if we removed our reviews. We said no, went to qbcc which took us down months of back and forward for the inspector to blatantly say Ben didn’t do his job. We took this back to Ben, who again only offered to help us find a resolution if we removed our reviews. We did this, he refunded our inspection money then proceeded to ignore us, get personal and unprofessional with his comments when he did engage with us, not show up to meetings with us and hang up on us. Rather than ask for compensation to assist with full renos which we would be requesting by going to qcat, we discussed with him a temporary solution of assisting us to pay for someone to help secure our shower from causing further damage. Ben again became unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. We will now be going to qcat and I implore everyone to stay far away from this man child. Even people he works with in his own company- say they want nothing to do with him after this colossal failure to do his job and the blatant disrespect he shows for his customers and they will no longer work with him. Below is my initial review he blackmailed us to remove. Stay FAR away, this company needs to be shut down. 1- charges more than they quoted us after completing the service, with no mention before hand. 2- when questioned what the extra charges were, called me “brah” and claimed it was gst. 3- missed CRITICAL faults in our home that not only now risks the health of ourselves and our very small children but will also hurt us financially. 4- have taken zero responsibility for missing such critical faults in the home; instead turning passive aggressive, ignoring calls/emails and messages and having other people in the office respond on their behalf. We have now had to contact qbcc to assist us with this and seeking legal advice for compensation. I don’t know who is saying this inspector is “thorough” because our inspection report was minimal, with barely any photos and was very vague, and the faults/issues he missed were found by us the first night of settlement.
