we are fully insured with both Public liability and Public Indemnity, through Wallace Risk Solutions. Depending on the pest we provide 3mths-12mths warranty(we will reapply the treatment for free in that period. T&C apply).

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I got into this work by accident, I was searching for a labouring job and applied. During the traineeship I was blessed with wonderful trainers and mentors who shaped me into the Pest manager I am today. I found that I enjoyed most aspects of the job and made it my mission to get better at it.

A client was having unidentified bugs in her bedroom every night. I identified them as weavils. Knowing their behaviour I started searching for a source. I found the heat sock and threw it away, sprayed the room, no more problems. She thanked me as she was able to get a good night sleep from then on

I love to find solutions to problems that seem impossible, I love investigating. I love working with people to get the best solution for everyone. I love the behaviours of the pests I am treating (this makes treatments more effective) I love learning more about my craft.

what Intergrated Pest Management techniques do you use? Do you use the one chemical or do you use specific chemicals for specific pests? Do you investigate before treatment and will you communicate what you find in a simple manner?

Can we be home at time of treatment? We use safe methods and yes you can be home but it is your choice, we recommend being outside while treatment is done inside and inside while treatment is done outside. How long will the treatment last? This will be discussed by the technician on the day

the size of house ie number of bedrooms, what is the major issue and where the client is having the most problem and how long has it been going on, what have they tried to fix it. Also we need to know if you have pets and what type, if you have small children and is anyone pregnant in the house.

Dont DIY, it is not about the chemical it is about the application and you will end up wasting a lot of time and money. Look for entry points and seal as many as possible ( this can be discussed in detail with tech on the day)Get rid of clutter (also can discuss on the day)

Most payments are on the day either eftpos or cash (with current coronavirus restrictions,cash is not recommended).We offer low income and pensioner discounts. Direct debit is available to approved clients and pre arranged.

We specialise in all forms of termite control, using digital reporting system and give you comprehensive management programmes so you make a more informed decision. We also specialise in cockroach and spider control, as well as rodents.
