Have all receipts in a folder - preferably in date order or envelopes for each month Load MYOB onto your computer Have all bank statements available and credit card statements

I can offer 1 hour gratis on the initial consultation.  I am also able to offer a reduced hourly rate if I am doing the work offsite from my office.

I follow and use the Tax Practitioner Board and The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers recommendations for setting my hourly rate.

I charge by the hour for the time I spend bookkeeping. I can work at your office or off-site.  I will send an invoice with 7 days Payment terms and ask for direct payment into a bank account.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Technology and Management and I have run my own company since 1993. I also have a Diploma in Health Science. I have worked with MYOB for 20 years.
