We did a job for a customer who had just had another company on his roof looking to restore it for them, and had to kick them off because they had created all sorts of damage to the inside ceilings all while not cleaning the roof properly. We came in and rectified this for them with no hassles or deposits taken. The clients were so happy with the job that we did over a year ago that they are still giving out our name.

We will give you a time frame to inspect your roof of a maximum of 1 hour. e.g. the time of your appointment would be between 7:30 & 8:30 this avoids you having to wait around all day for us to turn up. We are a family business who plans on being around for a long time to come and respect that this is a big investment and only want it done properly.

We provide a full 10yr guarantee on all labour and materials.  We don’t use salesman or sub-contractors as the two partners in the business are fully qualified tradesman and registered painters, therefor you will deal with them and only them so there can be no confusion in the requirements of your roof restoration.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Once contact has been made we will organize for a day & time to come out & inspect your roof. As each roof is different it is impossible to provide a firm quote with-out doing this first.

Because we don’t have costly overheads to pay, such as display showrooms, franchise licenses or expensive advertising campaigns, we can offer this second to none service at a very reasonable price.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

Once the roof has been inspected it is normally possible to supply you with a price before we leave the property. We then supply you with an emailed quote stating all work to be carried out. This cost is calculated by the amount of square meters of your roof, amount of roof tiles required to change, how many ridge & hip caps there are, does it require a full rebed of the caps or just partial.

Fully qualified tradesman and registered painters. We have experience in all areas of roofing including housing, commercial and strata bodies including roof restorations at Guildford Grammar School. Experience with colourbond and zincalume roof resprays. Experience in previously coated roofs and have established a proven process to restore these.
