Love anything to do with property. I understand that buying a property - whether your first or 10th- doesnt matter as it is an investment you are making, therefore ask as many questions as you need too- i prefer that. I just knew that Conveyancing was a field I wanted to be in.

Recent customer who purchased an investment property there was a last minute issue with the bank that required the client to provide extra funds on the morning of settlement. The client had to get to work in Wallan by 11.30am, I met him at the bank first thing at 9.30am, collected the cheque from him. Client was happy at the fact that I had dedicated time that I really did not have to help them out.

Professionalism is my number priority and supplying the customer with a service they deserve. I feel great appreciation when a customer has provided great feedback that the transaction was smooth running and that all their questions were answered. My motto is that there is no such thing as a silly question!

Tips from an experienced conveyancer would be  1) do your due dilligience before settlement 2) Make sure contract is reviwed before signing  3) make sure you speak to your legal representative about the purchase PRIOR to signing  Doing the above will ensure you are saving costs in the long run.
