  Appalling. I hired Terry Survey at the beginning of October 2023 to perform a survey for a redefinition of plan. Their Fee Proposal stated 6-8 weeks for this. My last communication was in November when they promised to have draft plans "the next day". Zero emails, Zero returned phone calls since that date.
