Michael and Treo Tech did an absolutely fantastic job fixing my 9 year old PC. The thing was full of dust and dead graphics card and it was returned sparkling clean and working like new! Quick, responsive, and very informative in helping me purchase a new graphics card that was within my budget. I needed help to restore the OS on my MacBook. Michael from TreoTech was the FIRST person I spoke in regards to the job and I chose to go with him straight away! Michael was great at communicating and updating me on the status and health of my laptop. He was honest and direct about the job and organised everything, including the courier, to transport my laptop back and forth, once he had fixed it. I can be quite a needy and overbearing customer on occasions, but Michael remained polite and friendly and treated me as a fellow human and not just someone who is useless at using and navigating the world of IT, LOL! I will definitely be hiring Michael from TreoTech again in future and I highly recommend others do the same, if they are experiencing issues with their laptop or desktop PC. CeliaAdam P
