  Have had an extremely dissapointing and stressful experience with these movers. Just to name a few of the issues - Late, damaged property, did not complete Job, aggressive worker who claims to be boss, secondary workers who came thr next day admitting explaining was dodgy company, cannot provide public liability or owners details. After weeks of negotiations the company came up with an extensive story. Saying tha5 the house tensions were hostile on moving day even though I (single mother ) was out majority of the day back and fourth between houses. They damaged 2 beds one leaving out in the rain all night disassembled the other losing lots of screws and a marble table has been greatly chipped and is now unstable being a danger to the young children in the house. They claimed they were unable to take videos before and after due to legal reasons yet threatened to expose apparent videos that they had taken of my legal prescribed cannabis items if I continued to go ahead. They then claimed the damage wasn't from them even having the audacity to send photos of the table in the blankets proving that it had been chipped due to their negligence as the powder residue and chips are stuck to the blanket. After addressing every point they made up they came back to me a few days later claiming to come yo an agreement and for me to get quotes regarding this matter. Due to the damage quotes are unobtainable 1 bed frame and 1 table need to be complete replaced. They seem to just waste time hoping the matter will disappear. I believe majority of these 5 star reviews inbetween the multitude of negative ones who have the same or similar experience to mine are done from family members and friends of theres . I wad harassed multiple times a day every day for 2 weeks hiring this company yet cannot get a response regarding there responsibility to compensate damages. To add they still have not provided with remittance of payment recieved. The story given back to me by an office worker who was not at the moving day or next day changed multiple times within It seems I cannot add the photos of screenshots and damages but can provide on request I let them know of damages upon completion of job and on the movi g day where they have accepted responsibility in writing.. they say in most of the neeegative reviews they do pay compensation where they are liable yet I am proof they absolutely do not. With the help of legal team are commencing action if anyone else with a similar experience would like to take civil action please feel free to contact me 😊
