• Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  We are insured to $20m for public liability and I also carry mandatory workers compensation for the staff. The guarantee on our work is 12 months. This is the same as the product warranty. If anything goes wrong with floors, it's generally within the first 3-6 months.

• Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

  There are many. We have no favourites. If we live to the values of the business and engage at a level of open and transparent communication, along with getting to know a customer and sharing some stories, then this is a good outcome.
