I am fully ensured and I certainly do guarantee my work. I am not happy until you are, and as I am an owner operated business I rely on recommendations and repeat customers, I make sure I have happy customers.

I like the huge variety of what I can do, no two jobs are exactly the same. I like the range of people I get to meet in my job, and I like being very physically active, my job ensures that I stay fit.

A common question I am asked is what method I use for house-washing. I use a variety of methods, depending on the situation and what you want - from a chlorine wash, to scrubbing, to pressure cleaning. I take into account the paintwork, what you want done and what you are comfortable with.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

For most jobs I need to know if the job is highset or lowset, how many bedrooms the house has, and what exactly the customer wants done, so is it a window cleaning job, house washing job or concrete cleaning, for example.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Accepted Answer

I am neither the most expensive or the cheapest, as my focus is on quality, and value for money. I don't want to be the cheapest and need to rush jobs, and I don't want to be the most expensive where people don't get value for money.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

I normally charge based on a set price from my quoting sheet, so for example a lowset 3brm house for cleaning windows inside and out, tracks and screens would be $170, and so on.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I have over 25 years experience in window cleaning, and 14 years experience in housewashing, gutter cleaning and concrete cleaning. There is rarely something that I cannot clean!
