Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have full liability insurance. We are reliable and trustworthy. Although payment is required in advance, we will happily refund payment for any dates our service is not required once 24 hours notice is received.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

My own personal experience whilst on a working holiday around Australia with my then fiance, Mark and our blue heeler, Phleg, as our trusty travelling companion. We flew home to Perth to marry during that time and Phleg flew with us, we knew no one well enough to trust leaving her with.

We have many favourites over the years....from the 2 staffies I walked twice weekly for 9 years, to the 25 year old sulphur crested cockatoo who had been inherited by the owner's daughter, to the mini schnauzer we transported to be ring bearer at his owners' wedding...so many memories!!

What do you like most about your job?

We love that every day we are greeted with happy waggy tails and sloppy kisses. We love exploring Perth's lovely parks, bushland and beaches with our furry friends. We love sharing our clients' anticipation at getting away and relaxed demeanor on return home.

Booking is invoiced and payment required in advance. Payment by bank transfer preferred. Alternatives available on request  cash, cheque, credit card or PayPal.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I have cared for pets for the past 20 years and my staff, all aged over 25 years, each have a minimum of 12 months to 8 years experience. We are all experienced in caring for special needs pets, including administering medications and injections. We are available 365 days per year.
