This is a real shame because the movers themselves did an excellent job, they were super communicative, fast and very friendly. I'm rating the service as poor simply because in the process of the move the nozzle/head of my (new) vacuum was misplaced. While I completely appreciate mistakes happen and I do not blame the movers, I got in contact with Dennis (who presumably is the owner/manager) and was basically told that as far as they were concerned they delivered the nozzle and I should look in my house again. I live in a one bedroom apartment and was unpacked over a week ago, and unsurprisingly the nozzle has not showed up. Disappointing and not very professional that there is no process for managing lost posessions should it happen.
