Yes we have public liability insurance for damage or accidents that occur during the course of our work. We guarantee that we will attend your house when agreed or notification will be given if we are running more than 15 minutes late.

We love meeting new people and getting to meet and spend time with dogs of all different breeds, which is amazing. We appreciate how special dogs are in our lives and we treat customers dogs as if they were our own.

We commonly get asked if we include nail clipping which we do, if the hydrobath has warm water which it has, and that we accept cash payments.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We often hear that we price around 50% cheaper than other companies for large dog washes. We use a ratio of 1 part product (shampoo and conditioner) to 1 part water, where as other dog washes use 1 part product to 50 parts water. With our service you get a much superior clean and condition.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge based on the weight of each dog broken down into categories of small, medium, large and extra-large, as this reflects the time spent on each dog. We price similarly in regards to dog grooming, although some breeds with thick double coats such as husky's and samoyed's will incur higher cost.

Providing a professional, friendly and thorough dog wash and grooming service throughout the South West Perth and Mandurah areas. We pride ourselves on the care taken with each of our customers and their dogs, treating their dogs as we would our own.
