Super Know How are a small privately owned company where the emphasis is on providing a personalised and high quality service to Self Managed Super Fund (SMSF) clients. When dealing with other SMSF Administrators, you may be passed around the office as staff come and go. Your work may be outsourced to an overseas data entry centre without your knowledge or completed by graduates who are still learning the basics. At Super Know How, all of our staff are located in Sydney and have been hand picked for their skills and expertise in SMSFs. The majority of the work completed for your SMSF is performed by Joe and Anthony who have 25+ years superannuation/SMSF experience between them. They will be your main contact point for any queries you may have, and you will have their email and mobile numbers so you can contact them when it is convenient for you. Furthermore, Super Know How are fully mobile, i.e. we do not have a public facing office. With changes in technology, we have been able to set up our business using Web-based software solutions. For you, that means that we are always available to meet at a place convenient to you and we can bring everything we need with us.
