  Very poor. Could not fulfill scheduled time to install AC. I suggest for this business to review or undertake customer service training. Wasted our time. I will let all my contacts know to stay away from this business. A courtesy call to say you couldn't make it or couldn't be bothered would restore some credibility but we weren't that important. All your 'knowledge' and expertise counts for nothing when you can't deliver or a call to say... You can't make it. Shocking !!!

  Just love their work .. first time for me to hire someone and must tell they was very helpful and money wise vvvv reasonable . They installed residential aircon and it was excellent . Main thing these guys were trust worthy so I love the service and recommend others too.
