We recently moved to a new unit in Parramatta that had German cockroaches, and we hired Summit Pest Control for inspection. Umut Bayraktar was the person doing our inspection. HE IS EXCELLENT! I am so glad we found him. He kindly came for our inspection on the same day and he was right on time! He was extremely professional and very attentive to our questions, he did a very thorough inspection and sprayed our unit. He provided very detailed information and guidelines regarding how to handle and eliminate the German cockroaches. He walked us through the entire process and did an excellent job calming me down as I was quite stressed and concerned that my entire unit that I rented a few days ago was filled with so many cockroaches. He is very competent in his job, quite informative, and very personable. Highly recommend it.
