Yes and I work for free until you get a result you are delighted with, I never pressure my client's to accept a rental or sale price for their property that doesn't reflect the market conditions.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I was a Banking and Finance Lawyer for 8 years and felt confined to an office, working long hours. I wanted to spend more time with my husband and 4 children. I also wanted to manage our own property portfolio and help others with theirs. Managing and selling property has been a joy since I started Stella in 2009.

I love meeting new Buyers, Sellers, Investors and Renters. I love everything about property and meeting new people. I love engaging in the property market everyday, and I especially love negotiating the purchase of a home and helping people find their new home.

Will you ask me to adjust my price expectations within 2 weeks of listing? Many agents pressure clients to reduce the price of their property if it hasn't sold or rented within two weeks on market. I have never asked my clients to do this & when I list, I am confident of achieving that result.

My clients ask me about current market conditions, and the most effective ways to advertise their property. My answer is always the same, a sale or rental result is dependent on the property being well presented and meeting the market on price with regard to comparable properties in the market.
