  It was my first time using a cleaning service and I would say that I was making a right decision to hire SSA Cleaning Service. They are friendly, young leader with whole-hearted for the job. He and his team helped my family with the heavy lifting fridge eventhough it was not within their duties. Cleaning job had been done perfectedly, they carefully checked and fixed up if anything that has not met the requirement. I am very happy with their service and recommend to others in the future.   Steer well clear of this business - I cannot emphasise how bad my experience was. I was promised the world and was delivered a mud map. And the "cleaning" was atrocious - the kitchen floor was dirtier than I'd left it! I actually watched Steve "clean" the kitchen benchtop with a dirty Chux and no detergent. After quoting me $160 on Oneflare (wish I could append image) - i.e. $40/hr x 4.0 hrs, I accepted the quote. Owner Steve then was very difficult to communicate with. After agreeing on a date for the clean, I emailed him with four days before the agreed time to see if it was too late to change. No response. Finally got a hold of him to discuss possible alternatives, but I clearly stated his suggested dates were not feasible so asked him to please stick to the original date. I provided a contact number for my building manager so Steve could access the unit - but he failed to turn up. When I called to ask why he said we'd agreed on a different day. (The building manager can back up my claim because he was next to me when I called Steve to check on changing days and then agreeing to keep original day and time). When he did show up he was an hour late - then also wanted to charge me for five hours! The kicker is the quote though - Steve's quote on Onefalre was for $160 - 4 hrs @ $40 an hour. When I went to hand over the $160 he protested, saying that rate was for one person, but there were two cleaners (Steven and an assistant), so he wanted $320 - double! He then protested vehemently when I said the quote was agreed upon at $160 - I even showed him the Oneflare page. He then threw the cash on the floor and threatened to "throw all the dirt back", saying "I cannot accept that, I cannot accept that". I would never go near this business again and strongly advise others to follow suit.
