  Sent through required documents rang that same afternoon to confirm that they had received them as I was on a time crunch and have just never heard back Maybe they’re too busy for new clients

Following an internal review and our call logs, our records show that we spoke with you three times on Friday afternoon and provided you with a quote. You then emailed through a contract for legal review at approximately 1:30 pm. Unfortunately, due to existing commitments, we did not have the capacity to complete the review by 5:00 pm that same day. We did, however, contact you afterwards to discuss your concerns and followed this up via email. To date, we have not received a response from you. We also note that we were never formally engaged to act on your behalf. In these circumstances, we were surprised and disappointed to see a public review, particularly as we did not provide a legal service to you, nor were we given the opportunity to do so. We are sorry that you feel your expectations were not met. Our team attends to contract reviews as soon as reasonably practicable, while ensuring appropriate care and accuracy for all clients once formally engaged.
