  I would steer well clear of Spot On Conveyancing. Their prompt initial response and positive Google reviews were the reason I chose them, but the experience quickly deteriorated. When I followed up on documents that should have been sent the week prior, I discovered an incorrect email address had been listed. From there, multiple errors appeared across documents, including settlement dates, email details and deposit amounts. Despite being told these issues were corrected, the same errors remained once I reviewed. More concerning is the lack of clarity around my personal information. I have repeatedly asked whether my details were sent to an incorrect email address, but have not received a direct answer. The only response provided was: “I can’t see that it was delivered on my end however I did also recall the message” and "I can’t see that it has been delivered on my end However, I will double check with my colleague as she sent the email" This does not address whether my information was disclosed. I attempted to escalate this internally by copying their general inbox, however no one responded or took ownership. Given the repeated errors and unresolved concerns, I have lost confidence and engaged a new conveyancer. I am now lodging formal complaints with QLS and OAIC.
