  I was part of a group who mostly had the meaty/poultry version - which they enjoyed very much. However, the vege version was sad - featuring bland (and inexpensive) carrots and beans, with a little onion. We vegetarians do often find the vege versions of things are pretty much an afterthought, that is, made with a "this'll do" approach.

  Highly recommend! I organised dinner for 27 people for after my grandma's funeral and Jacinto was amazing to cater to our last minute requests. Thank you to JP and Paco for cooking us 2 tapas and seafood and chicken/ chorizo paella. It was such a blessing to have food, plates and cutlery all ready for my family, on a day where we just wanted to spend time together. We also had left overs which was bonus! Yum!

  We got JC to cater for my son’s 21st birthday party and it was the highlight of the evening. JC and his teammate together ran an amazing live paella cooking station, preparing two delicious paellas, chicken chorizo and seafood, both of which were crowd favourites. The service JC provided was seamless, prompt, and top quality. JC and his teammate were friendly, professional, and very easy to deal with, which made the whole experience stress-free. They also supplied sangria and an amazing dessert spread with churros and chocolate dip, fresh cut fruits, and ice cream, a perfect finish to a fantastic evening. Highly recommend JC and his team for any event if you’re looking for great food and an outstanding live cooking experience.
