Project brief (the starting point) – This is the outcome of asking you all those questions and paying close attention to the answers. Applying the full breadth of our experience to your requirements, we develop a detailed ‘road map’ that will be used to guide your design to a perfect conclusion.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Tip1: See if you have any existing floor plans and drawings of your house. This can save time in measuring up the building saving you cost. Tip 2: See if you have any survey information for your block of land, including a Certificate of Title - this may save on survey fees

How do you normally charge for your service?

Soul Space charges a fixed fee for the scope of work that is agreed. We charge generally in three stages: Stage 1 - Concept Design, Stage 2 - Design Development, Stage 3 - Working drawings.
