The day i picked for the window cleaning was not a good day. It was a rainy and stormy day. Cancelled the job in the morning but at lunchtime sun was shining. Called back and job was done by dodging the rain and working undercover when raining. Impressed and good value. Will use again in future.Arunesh

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We are fully insured. The terms and conditions for our products and services are: Smart Window Works (SWW) agreed to provide the services to the Customer described in this invoice (the Services) on the following conditions: 1. SWW will take reasonable care carrying out the Services and within the time stated within the invoice subject to the following terms. 2. The Customer acknowledges that SWW is not liable for and does not cover any damage due to external causes or causes beyond the control of SWW including: (a) any damage caused by defect, failure or damage caused by improper use, improper or inadequate maintenance and care, abnormal use, misuse or otherwise; (b) discolouration may occur when any item is cleaned due to the age, state or nature of the item; (c) any latent fault or defect in the Customer's item. 3. If a product supplied by SWW proves defective then the liability is limited to the manufacturer's warranty otherwise SWW, at its option, will: (a) replace the product with a comparable product which may be new or remanufactured; or (b) refund the amount paid for the product, less a reasonable allowance for usage, upon its return. 4. Subject to clauses 2 and 3, SWW's liability for any damage or loss due to the Services and any defective custom made item is limited to an amount equal to the amount of the cost Services stated in this invoice and for a period of one year from the date of completion of the work. 5. The Customer should be aware that the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and equivalent State legislation (“the Acts”) contain special provisions for the Customer's protection. Nothing in this invoice excludes or limits the application of any provision of any of the Acts, where to do so would contravene the Acts and all other conditions and warranties are implied by law are excluded.

We can clean offsite if required. · Our technicians are highly skilled with many years of experience in the repair, maintenance and cleaning of blinds. If a blind can be fixed our technician will fix it properly and if it can’t be fixed we can usually tell you right away. · Because we are small we are flexible (i.e. within the business we talk across functions, innovation is engineered into our DNA, we know what’s going on locally, monitoring quality is simpler and so is listen to our customers) meaning you get better service.
