  They only received one star because you can’t choose zero. This has been the worst cleaning experience I have ever had. At one stage they were hanging up every time I called — they only answered once I hid my caller ID. Communication was terrible, the cleaning was below standard, and they tried to add additional costs for tasks that every other bond clean includes as part of a standard service. I had to chase them repeatedly just to get an invoice. They did not return to address any of the issues identified after the real estate inspection, and they argued about what they were willing to rectify. They failed to show up on two separate occasions after promising they would return to fix the work they were meant to complete the first time. I paid $1,000 for the clean. Two workers arrived at 8:00 AM to complete a full bond clean on a 4-bed, 2-bath house, including carpets and pet/flea treatment — and then texted me at 11:35 AM to say they were finished. Completely unacceptable.

  Poor communication. If you want to be chasing someone for updates as if they’re doing the work for free, choose these guys. Instead of helping ease the moving process, they made it more stressful, especially with the real estate involved. They did not provide the required information and were very eager to add extra charges to the original quote, yet still delivered poor service overall. Definitely not worth the money.
