Terrible customer service, misleading quotes, average job! Was quoted a cleaning job would take 4 hours for 2 people to clean windows and flyscreens inside and out. Only one person showed up, not equipped to take down flyscreens, so did about half the work I was quoted for, and obviously not particularly well as he wasn't able to access all the window surfaces. Plus, the person quoting the job did not mention that GST was not included in the quote. I will never use this service again...18 May 2022
Hi Mark, I'm sorry that you felt this way towards the service. Hopefully I can clarify a few things. Regarding customer service, you changed the date three times at the last minute. Time changes meant that these overlapped with previously booked jobs. This also meant I couldn’t personally be on the job as I had bookings. Regarding the time frame, I don’t quote per hour. However, you asked approximately how long the job would take. I provided an estimate as this was done over the phone before seeing the job, as you wished. Regarding the fly screens, your fly screens require additional work as they are fixed and you didn’t mention this over the phone. Regarding the quality, I followed up with you and you confirmed being happy with the window cleaning. Please recall I also provided a discount for the work that wasn’t done due to the circumstances. Lastly, I mentioned due to the condition of the fly screens, I was happy to arrange another day. Thank you for your time.Michael P
