Yes I give 30 day guarantee on repairs as well as warranties on new systems and hardware component replacements. I have full business insurance as well as public liability insurance.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I started using computers back in 1996 and found a passion for fixing them and getting them to run faster and customize for better performance. When I was trained by Telstra in 2000 to install ADSL services that sealed the deal when I left in 2006 and went fulltime.

I always ask the customer what they will be using the computer for, what will they be doing with it, will they use it to play games, edit video or photos, run system intensive software. Do they want me to provide security software. Do they need backup hard drives.

Give me detailed information regarding the problem. Have they checked the power cable by shutting down the computer, removing the power cable form the back of the computer wait for 15 min then plug back in and turn back on. If this did not resolve the issue what have you tried next?
