  Bob was excellent. It was an elusive problem to track down, but despite this and the heat of the day, he persevered until the problem light fitting was identified. He quickly fixed the fitting, replacing it and another one with a better model. Bob provided advice on known issues with the installed style of down lights, and suggested an audit of the insulation as he noticed a few were over the top of installed lights. I found Bob informative, knowledgeable, excellent work ethic, likes a chat, punctual, and diligent. Definitely recommend, and would hire again for future work. Money well spent.
