  Do not use this company. We had to send them back a second time to clean the property and they just never turned up. We called them and they said they fell asleep. They then went back and again didn't do much and we had to send them back a third time. They did not turn up, nor did they let us know rhey weren't going to turn up. So we had to pay for another bond clean. We were promised a refund and now they have been hard to get into contact with. So we have paid for two bond cleans. Very disappointing. Bad communication and terrible cleaning standard.

  Disappointing customer experience. Booked in a time 3 weeks before the date of the end of lease clean. Confirmed time the day before. On the day, they did not arrive on time. I called them after waiting 30 minutes and was told that they would come in the afternoon. In the afternoon, I get a text that they can't do it that day and wanted to move to the day after (my last day if lease was when they were supposed to clean). I told them that I'll find someone else. Then they said that they could do it in the afternoon. I went with someone more reliable. This is not an assessment of their work as I didn't hire them, only a review of their customer service.

  Have to say I had a really bad experience with Clesning Sydney. Called them at 8.30am for a 9am appointment and they seemed to haave forgotten about it. So he turned up 10.30am and took him whole day to clean and steam mop a 2 bedroom apartment. The glass windows are not cleaned properly. He forgot to clean window and door silts and the pullout kitchen cabinet with still food scraps remaining. Also forgot to clean an obvious blue mark in one of the bedrooms' wall. When contacting him to go back and rectify the issue, he turned up 2 hours late. There are cigarettes butts left on the balcony after he left. The agent was furious and I ended up wastung so mych of my time going back and forth communicating and checking on his work. Not a happy customer.
