Rosie and Julio (her husband) were quick to respond in the beginning but gave us a completely expensive rate compared to others. After negotiating the price to a reasonable one we went with them anyway because we needed to hand the keys to the rental agent asap. We agreed for them to do bond cleaning for a 2 bedroom apartment with garage. They charged us for 2 people cleaning for 7 hour service but they came with 4 people. They started at 1pm and were supposed to finish at 8pm but they finished between 5-6pm. The cleaning wasn’t done properly and the agent wasn’t satisfied. They forgot to clean the garage, and even left some personal stuff (blankets,duvet) in the garage which caused us trouble with the agent as it wasn’t our stuff. Rosie and Julio guaranteed us 1 week bond guarantee but they missed out cleaning alot of key stuff especially bathroom and kitchen walls and floor. Rosie came to clean the house wearing a sundress and jewelery, making me wonder if they actually did the cleaning at all. When we tried to reschedule for another cleaning as per agreement since the agent wasn’t satisfied, they were slow at responding. They wouldn’t reply our messages or pick up calls. Their excuse was that they were also moving houses. We gave the agent Rosie and Julio’s contact via email to book a cleaning appointment as the house was already occupied by the new tenants and we received complaints from the agent that Rosie and Julio didn’t respond to the email. They claimed they didn’t receive any email from the agent. It was such a hassle to get them booked for the re-cleaning and very stressful. On the day of the second cleaning, Rosie even texted my partner asking if we wanted the garage cleaned (since they didn’t clean it before) and wanted to charge an additional 140 for the cleaning. She said that she needed extra money for diesel and to pay the bills. We refused and insisted she kept to her agreement for the bond clean guarantee. She treated us like we were her bank. Stay away from this company. Not worth your time and hassle. I will never hire them again.Ankur G
