Accepted Answer

YES we are fully insured for Public Liabilty.  I do guarantee my work .. usually payment is not payable until after you have approved your proofs.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

deciding to become a professional photographer was an easy step to take as it combines all my favorite activities ... especially with on location shoots.. I just turned my passion into my vocation because I can take it with me anywhere in the world .

I love taking photos and capturing the moment for my clients.. seeing the smiles on my clients faces is very satisfying for me.

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

Some customers are purely focussed on price... I do offer an "officeworks" style of service, so I'm not going to be the cheapest. But I do guarantee my work and I make sure all my customers are very happy. You WILL get a high quality product with a professional execution and delivery of service.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

I will be on time (usually early) and I deliver on my promises and provide the images that have been quoted for. All my clients are VERY happy with my photos and my work ethic.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

Accepted Answer

I am not just another photographer. My images are different and I can produce anything my clients asks for . I usually include bonus pictures that compliment the brief and will continue to work with the customer (at no further cost) to make sure they are absolutely 100% happy.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

1. What is the location ? 2. How many hours is the photographer required on site ? 3. Do you want prints or just digital images ?

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

The more detail you can provide allows me to be more accurate with my quote.. My fixed price quotes are based around how much time I will be on location and how many images I am processing for delivery to you as the customer.. Having a photo shoot pre-planned is always a great idea.

I offer a packaged deal of an on location photo shoot that includes upto 20 digital images and at least 1 large canvas print.

What makes your pricing competitive?

I base my photo sessions on competitive market rates . My printed images are high quality and less expensive than my competitors . I can achieve competitive pricing because we are a small operation without any large business overheads to worry about.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I can charge either by the hour and as a fixed price quote..  I prefer fixed price quotes because this allows the client to relax and enjoy the process and lets me get on to do my best work and there is no possible misunderstanding of what is being delivered.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

I love to take photos of motor vehicles of all kinds .. especially mixing them into a landscape . So car photography has become one of my specialties.  the other area of specialty would be "on location" portraits using natural light .

I have been taking photographs for many years. I understand light and how to use it in an image to make it stand out and striking. I am always looking at new technology and new ways of doing things to ensure the very best results in my photography.
