bad experience, wasn’t cautious in handling the asbestos, pipes of asbestos dropped anywhere including the floor and subfloor. did’t do the job properly,leave some asbestos not cleared. didn’t want to come back even the clearance certificate mentioned some area still have asbestos. even we have make it accessible for him. Money hungry, constantly ask to pay him before he finish the breakdown of the tasks. leave asbestos anywhere and leave unsafe environment to us. don’t go with him.10 Jul 2022
our job has been done nancy is asking us to do more work after demolition has happened by her own builder which is his responsibility our quote can't cover any unforeseen and non accessible at the time and she refused to pay variations for us to come back to the site which is not fair for us to comeback three times after we finalised our dutiesNitin
