  Very disappointed with the end result. We requested a trim our puppy ended up fully clipped. We sent him there thinking it would be Rhiannon, with years of experience, who would we doing the grooming but apparently not.

  Hey Richard sorry you weren’t happy with the groom, your pup was done shorted due to the coat condition having matting and it being kinder for your pup to clip them out as they were to far gone to brush out with out causing pain for you pup this can be avoided by keeping him brushed, it’s best to brush your dog as often as possible every day is best making sure you use a good quality brush and get all the way down to the skin when brushing. I (Rhiannon) am currently 33 weeks pregnant, that’s why you were booked with Steph who has been grooming for 3 years and is a qualified dog groomer completing her certificate 3 and dog first aid. I was at an hospital appointment at the time of ur grooming so sorry I was not there and sorry for any inconvenience <3

  Rhiannon is the most caring, kind and patient groomer that I have ever encountered. She takes excellent care to make the process as easy as possible for Brandy, who has extreme anxiety and can scream her way through the whole visit, and she never stops being gentle and calm. She does an excellent job, and I'm yet to see anyone else clip nails as quickly and well as she does. 100% recommend, I will never go anywhere else!
