Always very willing and helpful. Nick is extremely obliging and often goes beyond the call of duty to help me out with my computer problems. Even helped out with a universal control for my TV and other entertainment units. Also, updating the GPS in my car.Fatima S

Frequently asked questions
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We are fully insured with IT Professional Indemnity insurance as well as Public liability insurance. We only hire consultants with tertiary education and after a minimum of 1 year hands on experience working with computers as trainees. If our solution doesn't work there is 100% money back guarantee
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I used to be a concert pianist until I decided to come to Australia in 2003 and computing was my hobby since I was 12 years old. While studying English and passing IELTS tests I fixed a few computer systems. Our teacher suggested to go and study computing :) I decided to swap one keyboard to another and got my Masters degree in 2008 (Computer Science / Security)
