Kristy Chivers is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. I just sold my second house through Kristy and nothing was ever too hard for her. Her professionalism and can do attitude was amazing. Any question I had, was answered within minutes. She got the best price for my house which I didn’t think k it was possible. I had the absolute pleasure of stumbling into one of Luke Margaretic’s home opens recently. Being a nosey neighbour I wanted to see what other properties around me were going for. He impressed me with his knowledge of the area and his absolute professionalism - I knew I had to get him around to give me an appraisal on my own place. He showed up so prepared and answered all my prying questions. His demeanour was so calm and approachable and was not pushy like other realtors I’ve dealt with in the past.
