How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Strange you may think but I allways wanted to be a vet when I was a child, but when I moved to Australia 32 years ago from the UK I was instantly hooked on the Australian insect and wildlife . I saw a job advertised with the old original WA Flick and that was me happy ever since.

Helping people to resolve there problems there and then and building a service relationship into the future which they are very pleased with, l have customers going back 30 years and i am just as proud to be servicing them now as I was when we first met.

In as much detail as possible the type of pests you have as well as where they might be, for example are they in the house!or out side or both? And of course the general suburb where our services will be required.

How do you normally charge for your service?

By the type of work required, we do not charge for travel normally but have done in the past for termite work in Brisbane and Saphire in QLD. We have regular clients in Mossman, Gressford,Scone and Nelson Bay to name a few and there is no travel fee.

Yes the hardest of them all TERMITES. In all honesty it took me at least 10 years before I began to start understanding there secretive world of stealthy hide and seek. I have invested allot of money in technology using thermal imaging and radar to aid in detection and treatment for this DESTRUCTOR

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I did not get my licence on line completing a 6 month course you cant fail! I attended tafe one day a week for 12 months while undergoing on the job practical training at the same time and I passed both health and safety and general pest management including termites with DISTINCTION.
