  Hi Allen, Thanks for taking the time to review us. We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with the exhaust fan we installed for you! The job was to replace the existing exhaust fan you had so we provided you with a like-for-like product (your existing fan was a bunnings brand and I replaced with a Clipsal one which is the best brand/quality exhaust fan in that type) As we mentioned over the phone and via text, we're more than happy to resolve this issue for you as we don't want to leave you disappointed. Awaiting your response. Also I'm not to sure what you mean by you paid cash? We quoted prior to and then invoiced on completion therefore have to pay gst and tax on that.
