  100% recommend. I bought my first home and used this company for my pre purchase building and pest inspection. Their response time was super fast. The inspector did a very detailed walk though and reported on everything, taking lots of photo for me to reference. Once the inspection was done I got a call and he was very patient in explaining everything in a way that I understood easily. Thank you all for making the transaction so easy and smooth!

  Pat and Collette were really friendly. Listened to my concerns about my leak and damage to my house. Came for a house defect. Pat took the time to consider possible reasons for the leak, no clear reason for it. He explained things in simple ways that were easy to understand and showed me what he was doing as he went along so I was involved in it. Report was clear and detailed about what he found and explained to me what the next steps were for me to do and what his recommendations were. Also things in needed to look out for if the issue wasnt revolved and what could possibly be done in such a case.
