  Arriving anywhere an hour late is NEVER a good start!..(especially considering my advert noted being let down by others!) I asked a couple of times for my product to be used on ensuite shower tiles despite being told 'not a problem' this was ignored; worse, the wall tiles weren't touched. If you want a late company who misses corners, vacuumes/mops around not under furniture (ie tables, kitchen/bathroom bin etc) and puts in 50% this is the company for you. P.S my home's less than a year old hence there's not years of grime to scrub through

  Thanks for your feedback. Firstly yes we are late and we informed you half an before actual time that we are running late. You told to use your products, as we have our own products so we told you that’s ok. We done everything what ever you told us to do, and we are professional bond cleaners and we did spring cleaning so no chance we missed something at all. We asked you before leave the property everything look good. You said I don’t know. W
