  Definitely hire Dean! Professional, friendly, highly reliable and best value for money. Dean called me within 10 minutes of posting my job to introduce himself, discuss the job and arrange a time to visit and quote. Dean was very quick to visit, diagnose the issues and suggested a number of cost effective options. At no time did I feel pressured and as I was interstate when he visited he sent me many photos to help explain the issues. Dean replaced old gal pipes at the house, replaced an old toilet suite and a corroded kitchen sink spout. He was happy to purchase the specific toilet suite that I wanted. Deans advice and expertise remedied the water flow issues I had and his work was completed on time and was of the highest standard. Dean was an absolute pleasure to work with and I am willing to recommend him without hesitation.

  Dean took the time to actually come and look at the job and same day had it all done and very comparative pricing without wasting my time waiting for other quotes etc. Communications very good and follow-up after the job was done to make sure all OK. Will use services again as required.

  Within 20 minutes of submitting a job view OneFlare, Dean had called me twice to organise an appointment.Further follow-up calls were made the following day to gauge my interest in using his services. Upon booking the appointment, Dean was prompt and once again called numerous times to let me know where he was so that I could organise access to my apartment. Upon arriving, Dean organised to buy the required bathroom fittings (taps + tap fittings etc...) and was finished with fitting out my bath, shower and bathroom vanity within an hour or so. New appliances look great and work like a dream. Definitely give Q Trade Plumbing your business; you won't regret it.
