  The relationship could not had been any worse. From day 1 communication at wrong place, Clearly mentioned everything whole situation to the Propper over email, and message, and everyone at agency to contact me instead of parents, Guess what they did exact opposite. Next come they email to parents saying I have been added to their system, they forwarded that to me, I replied to that email, Got not a single response from that. Anyway it takes them about more than 3 weeks to literally start sending communication at right place. They then felt it was okay to let their trades person go and inspect the property (they had been provided invoice for callout fee etc). Giving no regard to letting landlord know about this they give trades people go ahead. Trades person gives a quote of $2900+ for something. landlord now only knows the quote is of $3000 ish, tells them its excessive, and find another trades person for job. They also have a tendency to FORGET including invoices in emails that they refer in that email. Now they tell that other trade persons charge $150+ callout fee, landlord says try find someone without a callout fee. Agent then charges landlord $180 for callout fees, and then send sends invoice to landlord. (INVOICE IS SENT AFTER WORK IS DONE QUOTED BY trades man to PROPPER like 2 weeks ago). Landlord very upset on this unconsented/unauthorized charges. Then also finds out 1 week on rent is missing. I would suggest staying away, they give your $500, but charge you $3000, for some job that doesn't need a replacement perhaps a repair only. They advertise themselves with competitive trades persons, I find that a joke. There can be a number of ways the problem can be fixed but they only seem to give the most expensive option. If there's a problem they also don't provide correct reference to law to landlord of consumer affairs, instead they simply tell we have to do this.
