Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

One that stands out is a family whose home had been devastated by a fire. The blaze destroyed their kitchen, dining, bathroom, laundry, and the entire electrical supply. To make matters worse, they’d been scammed and had their insurance cancelled by a family member just beforehand, leaving them without the funds or cover to restore their home.  They were forced to live out of just the front bedrooms for over a year. When we heard their story, we knew we had to help. We isolated the fire-affected wiring, upgraded their switchboard, certified the work, and had their power safely restored within just a few days. Seeing them finally able to live in their home again was an incredibly rewarding moment for us.
