  Appalling communication skills and completely unprofessional I moved out 7 weeks ago and have not had an update on when I will receive my bond back I have paid for repairs including a tiny chip in the wall that cost me $450 due to travel fee mind you the repair man told me he was sent to also check on the house, and the chip was less then the size of a 5 cent coin , also lived in the house for just over 2 years so that would come down to general wear and tear , while living in the rental I had multiple issues I reported mould in the property and nothing was done to fix it I had to organise the aircon to be fixed and the filter was full of mould , they have no problem collecting money or with holding money but when it comes to doing the right thing as a realestate agency they are the biggest disappointment!
