  Property investors beware. When I moved in the kitchen vanity was riddled with water damage, pics taken & reported but +6months later there's still no sign of a resolution. I have not plugged my dishwasher in, for fears this company will try to blame the water damage on me to absorb my bond. We have never used the vanity as the water damage has long moulded and become a health risk to my 3 children. My youngest, 2yo, developed a lung infection due to the mould spores present. This water damage has potential to seep into the foundations, compromising the structure and leaving a big bill for the Home owner

  I had a very disappointing experience with Platinum Property and Ella while they were managing our two properties. Throughout my time dealing with them, I found their communication to be poor, long delays unhelpful and at times no response at all. There were also instances where information provided felt misleading, which made it difficult to trust their handling of important matters. Overall, I found them to be unreliable and unprofessional, and I would not recommend their services.

  I used Platinum for my investment property and they've been incredible. I have several other investments and no other agency has been as good - reasonably priced, great communication and quick turnaround times for all the staff I encountered. I would 100% recommend them.
